A cooperative pool for shared inference
Pool the Venice capacity you don't use, and draw on the group when you do. Sparefire time-shifts spare inference across the collective.

One click gives you a sparefire key for Sparefire's collective inference pool. Point any OpenAI-compatible client at it, and requests route through the shared pool, with no local software to download.
Use less than you contribute and you can draw more from the pool when spare supply is there. Sparefire's algorithm balances usage to maximize timeshifted inference for each user, maximizing their personal share.
Contributed Venice keys are held in server custody and never shared with other users. Sparefire is an independent project — not affiliated with or endorsed by Venice.
Sparefire runs a collective inference pool at sparefire.com. It is a closed beta and may contain bugs. Sparefire does not charge users.
Sparefire is not a bank, a cash wallet, an investment, or a payment service. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Venice.
You may add a Venice API key. Sparefire stores that key encrypted on its servers and does not share it with other users. Adding a key lets Sparefire use it to serve inference through the pool, including for other users.
You remain responsible to Venice for that account and key under Venice's terms. Pooled use can consume your Venice quota and can affect your Venice account. Sparefire's rules do not replace that responsibility.
You agree that you:
You may mint a Sparefire key and point an OpenAI-compatible client at Sparefire. Requests run through Sparefire's hosted proxy and its collective inference pool. The client uses your Sparefire key. Other users do not receive your Venice key.
Your daily allowance adjusts to your own past usage and to how fully the whole pool has been used recently. An allowance is not cash, not a balance you can redeem, and not a promise that a particular request will be served. When the pool is full, Sparefire may slow or refuse a request.
The hosted proxy forwards the request to Venice so Venice can run it. Sparefire uses the call to route it and to meter usage. Sparefire does not keep a stored copy of the prompt or the completion. Venice still sees the requests it runs. Handling the call in order to route it is not end-to-end privacy from Sparefire.
Use the service in line with the law and with Venice's terms for inference you receive through the pool. You must not:
Misuse may lead to suspension and may expose you to claims from Sparefire, other users, or third parties.
Sparefire may suspend an account, revoke a Sparefire key, or stop using a contributed Venice key to protect the pool or other users. Suspension does not undo use that already happened. Revoking or rotating the key at Venice is what stops that key from working.
If something looks wrong, write to hello@sparefire.com. Include the time and your account email if you have them. Do not send a Venice key or a Sparefire key in that message. Sparefire will look at the operational records it has. It does not promise a complete history of every request, or that lost quota will be restored.
The closed beta is provided as is and as available. Capacity, and Venice's own service, can change. To the extent the law allows, Sparefire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost data, or for lost quota, or for actions Venice takes on an account. Rights that the law does not allow us to limit stay in place.
Sparefire may update these terms. If a change materially affects how contributed keys are used, Sparefire will ask you to accept the updated terms before you add another key. Continuing to use Sparefire after an update means you accept the terms then in effect.
Sparefire is independent of Venice. These terms do not mean Venice endorses Sparefire. Your Venice account remains under Venice's own terms.
